Payment Policy

Just as with ordering anything online (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) we pay for our item prior to receiving it. For all online readings, I request payment in full in order for a client to reserve their reading.

I realize for some, scheduling online and paying in full can cause some hesitation as we do not know one another. However, I give you my word that the reading you've paid for, on the date/time we've agreed to, will happen. I will show up. In the unexpected emergency (for either of us), please see the Cancelation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled reading, please let me know as soon as possible. Any cancellations prior to 24 hours notice will be rescheduled and the payment you've made will apply to a future reading.

If you cancel the day of our scheduled appointment, there is no refund.

If you do not show up (I will wait 10 minutes), the appointment will be considered a "no show" and will not be rescheduled. There will be no refund for missed appointments.

If I need to reschedule, I will let you know as soon as possible and the option to reschedule or receive a full refund will be given to you.
